"Let me tell you about Lynne Porzel and my two year journey with her. At my first appointment, I thought I was going to have a massage typical of my past experiences…oftentimes with someone who asked me no questions about my health or issues with my body. Those therapists would do what they had been taught to do, which sometimes caused me pain and kept me anxious throughout the session.

Lynne starts the session by asking “What can I do for you today?” which helps me focus on my body, first of all, as I typically ignore it during work because of the pain levels I constantly am faced with. After two years with Lynne, as soon as I enter her office, my body will physically shout out to me about what parts need help from her. She typically will work specifically on two areas or so very intensively, with some additional work on other areas that might show themselves. She has a vast array of techniques available and many different way to work on an area.
