At my first appointment, I thought I was going to have a massage typical of my past experiences…oftentimes with someone who asked my no questions about my health or issues with my body. Those therapists would do what they had been taught to do, which sometimes caused me pain and kept me anxious throughout the session. Michele starts the session by asking “What can I do for you today?” which helps me focus on my body, first of all, as I typically ignore it during work because of the pain levels I constantly am faced with. After two years with Michele, as soon as I enter her office, my body will physically shot out to me about what parts need help from her. She typically will work specifically on two areas or so very intensively, with some additional work on other areas that might show themselves. She has a vast array of techniques available and many different way to work on an area. In addition, while I do not go to her specifically for intuitive healing, because she is do skilled and knowledgeable and aware of healing of al kinds, she intuits what I need in addition to the things that I have specifically mentioned. Plus she is able to tell from my body what it needs, even when I don’t know or cannot feel what is going on. I always feel more centered and calm when I leave her office.
