Since our bodies are over 60% water, sound is an effective tool for accessing the deeper structures of our bodies. These sound vibrations can not only effect the physical matter of our bodies, but also the energtic side. Sounding with intention can lift our emotional state, deepen our internal healing and strengthen our intentions. It can shift our energetic fields...all in support of our Intention.
Intuitive sounding is a form of vocal sounding that combines the focus of our Intention with power of our own voices to create a sound that amplies our intention out into the world and into the depth of our physical being.
We will have the crystal bowls available for group use. Bring water to drink.
Non-singers find this easier than singers. All are welcome. No experience necessary.
