Chakras are centers of awareness in the human body; they are neither physical nor anatomical. The term chakras comes from Sanskrit, it literally means wheel and the chakras revolve continuously. In this 2 day workshop participants will learn how knowing the functioning of these chakras and how they help us to live is essential to maintaining maximum health and spiritual awareness.
The journey through the Chakras can be seen as a reflection of our personal journey of growth and self-awareness. To harness the power of the chakras is to fully integrate the energy of each chakra into our lives. Working with the chakras is a holistic method which will help to begin to activate and open the energy centers so that you will experience positive changes in all aspects of your life.
A chakra is literally a vortex of energy, there is no limit to their number however the original seven “master” chakras form a profound and elegant system that maps logically onto the body. The seven chakras symbolize different stages of human development by involving yourself in these different levels of being you can actualize your full potential.
Objectives:
- Learn to trust your own intuition in understanding when you are out of balance
- Learn the beneficial effects of Chakra work for the mind, body and Spirit.
- Learn methods of harmonizing the chakras
- Learn how to activate each chakra in Daily life.

Deadline for registration is April 5th. Final payment can be made on the first day of class.
